YouTube checks engagement metrics for legitimacy. It may temporarily slow, freeze, or change counts and discard low-quality playbacks while it checks them. There is no published universal 24–72-hour deadline for removing purchased views. A counter that remains unchanged after a few days is not proof that the traffic passed a permanent authenticity test.

YouTube's fake engagement policy prohibits artificial increases in views, likes, comments, and other metrics. It defines legitimate engagement by a human user's intent to authentically interact. Hiring a promoter does not transfer responsibility away from the channel: the promoter's methods can still lead to removals or channel penalties. A claim of real devices or long viewing sessions is insufficient on its own.

YouTube Partner Program eligibility includes policy compliance as well as numerical requirements. Reaching a subscriber or watch-time threshold does not guarantee admission. Check the current eligibility route in YouTube Studio and the official program documentation, distinguish valid qualifying activity from public counters, and do not assume that a refill guarantee protects monetization.
